I had my first microneedling with PRP treatment with Patricia and she did a phenomenal job throughout the entire process explaining everything really well. Her immense medical background placed me at ease and I knew that I would receive superb service. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Disrespectful Treatment of VoucherCustomer discrimination - $30 Groupon customerI booked a hair PRP service here using a voucher from Groupon. Due to a work conflict, I called to ask if there might be a later time available that same day. The receptionist who answered the phone was extremely rude and arrogant. She told me, “Do you know that for customers who come in with these vouchers, we only make $30 per person? We still have costs, nurses, and everything else.”She then said they were very packed that day and that if I wanted to reschedule, I would have to pay an additional $50. The way she spoke made it seem like I was somehow taking advantage of them just for using a voucher they chose to offer.Before I even had a chance to properly respond, she canceled my appointment within a very short time window. In the end, I received no service, and the payment was not refunded.To be honest, after being spoken to and insulted like that, who would still want to go in and receive treatment there? I’m attaching our conversation here.

I have been going to Elume Medspa practically since they opened. My first service was laser hair removal, since then I have had many treatments for skin tightening etc. Shaheen is so knowledgeable, professional and her services are very reasonably priced. This small spa is a real gem. Now they have Patricia, an RN who does fillers and several brand new methods of tightening and lefting the face. She is excellent. I highly recommend Elume Medspa and I have been to other places over the years and and have a basis for comparison. Give Shaheen your business, you will not regret it.

Excellent treatments delivered in a relaxing environment. So far have seen amazing results. My under eyes are brighter and my texture is improving. Prp microneedling has been a game changer and somehow less irritating then microneedling alone.

The best med spa in the DMV. Super clean, staff is friendly and most important honest. Shaheen is honest if you should or shouldn't get a service performed. She has been taking care of my skin since 2011! I would not go anywhere else!

Elume MedSpa is the best! I have been going to Elume for two years now and I refuse to go anywhere else. From the front desk (Vitalia) so friendly and helpful, to Shaheen who takes her time and is so knowledgeable about her procedures, I always get amazing results. Great staff, great prices and great work.Thanks ladies!!

I would like to thank this medical spa for the micro-needling I have done here. The price is almost suitable for all services, the friendly treatment exceeded my expectations by nurse Shaheen, and the professionalism in implementing the service was perfect. In the end, I am sure you will come out satisfied.I highly recommended it.

Wow, i stress what a wonderful experience i had with Yalda! It was my first time getting a consult for any kinda of cosmetic procedure, but she answered my questions so honestly and diligently and she made me feel so safe, that i went ahead and had my first session right then and there! Would definitely recommend!

Yalda is truly a blessing. She can literally do it all! I'm excited to try all of her med spa services. She explains what she's doing and makes sure you're super comfortable. You can tell she loves her job and she treats everyone with such kindness. She can always squeeze you in her busy schedule!

Yalda is the BEST! Not only her prices are great but also, she has great hands! She is very patient and gentle, you would burley feel anything. Great bedside manners! She does exactly what you ask her to do and help you look and feel AMAZING! I would highly recommend Yalda to anyone who is looking to look FABULOUS! ❤️

Yalda is OUTSTANDING!!!! Just incredibly gifted... this was my first experience, and her technique was so gentle and effortless, and the results AMAZING!!! She is such a beautiful sweet person, which made the experience that much more fabulous! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

First visit to do miconeedling was great. But for second visit, i was not so satisfied with both the nurse attitude who is doing the micorneedling, and the service itself. The nurse may need to be friendlier and the service should’ve been thorough to cover the affected acne scar area on the face. I might not likely com back again but thank you.

I used to go to another spa regularly before, but after trying them out for the first time two months ago, I couldn’t see any reason to go back to the former one or look for a new one to try out. They are clearly the best as what they do. See for yourself.

You will not find a better spa. Shaheen takes great care of you and keeps current with all procedures. She never tries to sell you and makes you feel like family

Prices are reasonable and the service is fantastic. I go here for IPL and she really takes the time to get results. I love it! I've gone to other, more expensive places, who spend half the time & charge twice as much. Finally! I feel like I've made an investment on my appearance and not just throwing $$ down the drain.

Had a micro/peel here last week and my face looks amazing. Their prices are pretty reasonable and the woman that did my treatment really took her time. I'm sure I'll be going back for another soon.
